Interim Climate Transition Expert – Manufacturing

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing business on the East Coast that’s looking for an interim Climate Transition Expert to accelerate their net zero journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a business that’s serious about climate action, while enjoying the flexibility of a part‑time, hybrid contract.

• Designing and delivering a practical climate transition strategy.
• Identifying carbon reduction opportunities across operations and supply chain.
• Advising on regulatory requirements & reporting frameworks (SBTi, TCFD, SEC etc.).
• Upskilling internal teams to embed sustainability into the business long term.

• Strong background in climate strategy / decarbonisation, ideally in manufacturing or industrials.
• Up‑to‑date on US and global climate frameworks & regulations.
• A mix of strategic mindset + hands‑on delivery skills.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Right to Work in the US is essential.
