Expansion Associate Principal

Position: Expansion Associate Principal

You will be responsible for delivering launch projects on time while collaborating with partners, our technical teams, and our operational teams.

• Launch new Via deployments, take full ownership in ensuring every aspect of new deployments is executed on time at the highest possible quality
• Oversee the work of junior team members supporting on your launches
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and an entrepreneurial approach required to set up Via operations in a new market
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, helping them develop and grow a fully operational on-demand transit system
• Manage product expectations and development, ensuring that our engineering team is getting the feedback they need to build the best product possible
• Tap Via’s in-house operational and marketing knowledge base to help partners get the most out of our technology
• Adeptly interpret and utilize data to generate insights and make business recommendations that will ensure success for partner services
• Leverage launch knowledge to support Via’s partnerships team in the sales process and grow Via’s deal pipeline

• Excellent communicator with a knack for the right tone
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement
• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership is a plus

• Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
• Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000
