The Programmatic Business Development Manager (DSP Partnerships) is responsible for growing and nurturing relationships with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) within our programmatic supply ecosystem. This individual will focus on expanding our existing network of DSP partners, cultivating strategic collaborations, and identifying new DSPs to unlock incremental revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings both technical fluency and commercial acumen, excels at navigating DSP organizations, and delivers strong partnership management and business development results in a rapidly evolving market.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* • Deepen engagement with current DSP partners, serving as the main point of contact and ambassador for our platform.
• Develop customized partnership plans that drive DSP activation and preferred access to supply.
• Conduct regular business reviews and proactively provide programmatic insights that facilitate joint growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new DSP partners
• Lead outreach efforts, manage pitch processes, and onboard new DSPs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with commercial objectives
• Monitor DSP performance, reporting market trends and offering actionable optimization strategies.
• Organize and execute go-to-market initiatives tailored for DSP platform growth.
• Stay abreast of DSP innovations, supply path optimization trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Advocate for DSP partner feedback in the internal product development cycle.
** QUALIFICATIONS*
* • 5+ years in programmatic advertising, DSP partnerships, or digital media business development.
• Proven track record in building and scaling DSP relationships (open auction, PMP, CTV, programmatic guaranteed, etc.)
• Strong technical understanding of integrations, deal curation, and programmatic buying mechanics.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.

• Candidate must be willing to work from a Televisa Univision office Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.

Base pay Range - $145,000 to $175,000 + benefits
