* – Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify decision-makers.
– Follow up with client organizations to maintain communication and build relationships.
– Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams, ensuring a seamless experience.
– Develop insights and strategies to identify new prospects and enhance client engagement.
– Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires to effectively integrate them into the team.

* – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
– Strong organizational and networking abilities, including experience with cold-calling and drop-ins.
– Proficient in using online resources for information gathering and lead generation.
– Experience in business development and coordinating sponsorship events is a plus.
