Job DescriptionSchedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
The Hospitality Associate position is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site including conference room set‑up, reception assistance and other general office support as needed.
Job Duties- Check the conference room and meeting schedule throughout shift and note any changes to ensure accurate set‑up.
- Set up conference rooms according to client request, including food, beverages, utensils, ice, cleanliness, etc.
- Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages in assigned kitchens each morning.
- Clean up coffee makers and client pantry throughout the day, resetting to standard in the evening.
- Communicate with supervisor or client on meeting request concerns or deadline issues.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate with Reception regarding food and beverages for use during meetings (e.g., delays).
- Coordinate and act as liaison with personnel, food merchants, selected contacts, and outside vendor(s) to ensure pricing is competitive and reviewed quarterly.
- Partner with Events team for set‑ups and support of external waitstaff.
- Assist in training new hires.
- Prioritize workflow.
- Assist in process improvement ideas.
- Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies, including uniform attire and appearance standards.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost‑efficient manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Provide back‑up support to Reception and/or Office Services as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year professional experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or housekeeping industry.
- Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Professional attire and demeanor.
- Good written communication skills.
- Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to know when to escalade to a supervisory level.

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. In addition to the hourly rate, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay.
