Ideal Candidate
- Recently graduated or early in your professional career (0–2 years of experience)
- Has had some exposure to sales or customer-facing work through an internship, part-time job, or project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Mission-driven and excited to work in the climate space
- Bonus:
Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Apollo, or Clay
About the Role
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for contractors exploring the platform. You’ll help drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects. This is a foundational role with significant room for growth in both skill and scope.
Responsibilities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and respond quickly to inbound leads
- Identify high-intent buyers and tee up high-quality meetings for AEs
- Master the company’s pitch and tailor messaging to customer needs and market dynamics
- Maintain clean CRM records and stay accountable to daily activity and conversion goals
- Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and training to continuously improve
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to share insights and improve GTM execution
