Analyst, Data Integrity
Will be responsible to assure data integrity and adherence to established business rules within the CLM lifecycle management (CLM) system (Icertis) and other related software. This includes maintaining, changing and adding data and appropriate documents that exist in the CLM application. The Analyst will support the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the integrity of data within the CLM application and its availability to end users.
Responsibilities- Follow and help optimize established workflows for ensuring the integrity of data within the application.
- Implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality, as directed.
- Maintain clean item files free of duplicates and misinformation.
- Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.
- Perform data entry, either manually or using other technology, when needed or required.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- 2 or more years of applicable experience.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Data entry and validation.
- Reporting.
- Following specific workflows.
- Experience with CLM applications.
- Bachelor's degree.
