Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Connectivity Analysts to facilitate connections between investors, capital partners, and live investment opportunities.

This is not an employment role. Investment Connectivity Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Connectivity Analysts:

Maintain and manage pipelines of investors, fund managers, and capital partners

Facilitate and coordinate introductions between investors and deal principals

Provide high-level context on investment opportunities (asset type, structure, thesis)

Track engagement, follow-ups, and relationship progress across multiple opportunities

Support analysts and deal scouts with early-stage diligence handoff

Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close

Build a verified record of connectivity and successful introductions within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong relationship management, networking, and capital-introduction experience, including intermediaries, advisors, operators, and consultants.

Approved Investment Connectivity Analysts may:

Manage and qualify pipelines of investors and capital partners

Facilitate curated introductions between investors and deal principals

Provide high-level deal context and supporting information for investment decisions

Track and coordinate follow-ups, investor engagement, and relationship status

Support analysts with early diligence handoff and information organization

Analysts are not responsible for sourcing, underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Based on approval and experience, Analysts may work with opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional credibility and relationship management experience.

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality relationship facilitation

Investment Connectivity Analysts do not:

Provide investment advice

Solicit securities

Market investments to the general public

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to relationship facilitation and connectivity, compliant with applicable securities laws.

Professionals experienced in capital-introduction and investor relationship management

Advisors, intermediaries, or operators trusted by investors and sponsors

Networked professionals who consistently track investor interest and deal flow

Coordinators capable of managing pipelines and facilitating structured introductions

Monetize relationship management expertise without building a fund

Earn on transactions without underwriting risk

Work directly with credible capital allocators

Build long-term trust and a documented record of successful investor engagement
