Location:
New York, New York (on-site)
Compensation: $220-240K base + bonus
Our client is real estate investment and capital solutions platform focused on providing liquidity and equity capital to institutional real estate owners and investors. With a strong footprint across the U.S. and Europe, the firm specializes in secondaries and structured equity solutions across diversified real estate portfolios. This is a highly visible role for a senior capital market professional to take ownership of Central Region investor coverage while partnering closely with executive leadership, product teams, and investment professionals.

- Represent the firm’s investment strategies at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product positioning across fund offerings
- Deliver market feedback on investor preferences, pricing, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with investment and product teams to support fundraising and client engagement
- Contribute to development of marketing materials, pitch decks, DDQs, and investor communications
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting within CRM systems
- 10+ years of capital raising or institutional sales experience within PE, PC or Alts
- Demonstrated success owning a territory and raising capital from institutional allocators
- Strong product knowledge across real estate and private markets
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically (primarily Midwest) and occasionally internationally
