Location:

New York, New York (on-site)

Compensation: $220-240K base + bonus

Our client is real estate investment and capital solutions platform focused on providing liquidity and equity capital to institutional real estate owners and investors. With a strong footprint across the U.S. and Europe, the firm specializes in secondaries and structured equity solutions across diversified real estate portfolios. This is a highly visible role for a senior capital market professional to take ownership of Central Region investor coverage while partnering closely with executive leadership, product teams, and investment professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead capital raising and investor coverage efforts across the Central region
  • Originate and deepen relationships with institutional investors, consultants, family offices, and private wealth platforms
  • Drive new business development through targeted outreach, regional market intelligence, and proactive relationship management
  • Represent the firm’s investment strategies at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product positioning across fund offerings
  • Deliver market feedback on investor preferences, pricing, and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with investment and product teams to support fundraising and client engagement
  • Contribute to development of marketing materials, pitch decks, DDQs, and investor communications
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting within CRM systems
Requirements
  • 10+ years of capital raising or institutional sales experience within PE, PC or Alts
  • Demonstrated success owning a territory and raising capital from institutional allocators
  • Strong product knowledge across real estate and private markets
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically (primarily Midwest) and occasionally internationally
