Marsh is seeking candidates for our open Client Advisor position based in our Boston or NYC office in the FINPRO practice supporting Private Equity clients. This is a hybrid role that requires office presence 3x per week.

Responsibilities
  • Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts; assemble team for go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Maintain near‑complete understanding of clients’ business priorities and risk strategies.
  • Use expert risk knowledge to review exposures, loss experience and develop solutions, including recommending additional products.
  • Develop, present and oversee renewal/placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives.
  • Present to prospective clients, identify new product needs and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee production of client deliverables and ensure quality of final placement.
  • Engage in senior‑level client interaction; demonstrate problem‑solving expertise.
  • Serve as a thought leader; maintain knowledge of market conditions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in industry; broker experience preferred.
  • Management Liability experience required; PEMA experience a plus.
  • P&C license required or ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Base salary range: $120,500 to $256,700. Additional incentives may apply.
