As a key member of the Digital Business division, the Senior Amazon Manager will lead growth initiatives for Amorepacific’s Amazon US and Canada businesses for 2 brands. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations. Reporting to the Associate Director of Amazon, you’ll oversee account management, analytics, brand strategy, operations, and advertising, while collaborating daily with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
This role will manage an Assistant Manager, Amazon Operations working across multiple brands.
- Oversee daily operations for two established brands on Amazon Premium Beauty, ensuring smooth execution across 1P models
- Manage monthly chargeback reconciliation in coordination with agency and warehouse teams
- Lead ASIN creation and product setup by partnering with cross-functional departments
- Monitor inventory levels, stock issues, and transfer requests to maintain availability
- Drive forecasting and ordering processes to support sales growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape deals and develop creative business solutions
- Resolve customer service issues by liaising with R&I, Brand, and Supply Chain teams
- Foster strong relationships with Amazon contacts and external agency partners
- Communicate daily with Amazon teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
- Support onboarding of new agencies and tools to accelerate business performance
- Deliver against aggressive growth targets and KPIs
- Lead new brand launches on Amazon Premium Beauty when applicable
- Responsible for brand specific Go-To-Market strategy
- Collaborate with brand trade marketing to drive best in class A+, PDP, Brand Store, etc.
- Partner with media teams and agency support to drive Amazon media and advertising initiatives, representing your respective brands
- Monitor Net Sales and oversee the full order lifecycle through final shipment.
- Deliver weekly sell-through and account performance recaps
- Consolidate and communicate data from Amazon and agency partners to internal teams
- Develop reporting dashboards and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends in the beauty category
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
- 6+ years of experience in Amazon account management (1P) with Vendor Central Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- SAP experience an added plus but not required
- Strong communication skills; must be able to present to leadership and present data in a comprehensive manner
