Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to accelerate alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. As a key partner to the Chief of Staff, this role will design and manage performance frameworks, build scalable processes, and harness AI-driven insights to drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and innovator—able to translate complex data into clear recommendations, influence executive decisions, and build structures that enable scale.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Support the implementation and management of a company-wide performance framework, ensuring organizational, departmental, and individual goals are clearly defined, measured, and achieved.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to uncover performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency, growth, and execution.
- Process Design & Innovation: Build and refine scalable processes, playbooks, and operating cadences that increase organizational effectiveness and accountability. Champion innovation by introducing best practices and new technologies.
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Develop high-impact dashboards, reports, and presentations that enable data-driven decision-making. Distill complexity into clear narratives that influence and align senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops and structured learning mechanisms to evolve tools, processes, and reporting structures in step with business needs and priorities.
- Experience: 2–4 years in consulting, business operations, strategy, or growth-oriented environments.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency with business analytics, BI platforms, and AI-powered tools. Ability to apply technology to improve efficiency and insight.
