As a customer success associate you'll play a key role in ensuring every client and reselling partner has a smooth and successful journey with us. You’ll support onboarding, manage day-to-day client interactions, and partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment in prioritizing critical customer issues
- Willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup environment
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (Jira, Notion, CRM platforms)
- Experience working with fintech, compliance, or financial operations products
- Exposure to onboarding, implementations, or post-sales workflows
- Startup experience or comfort operating with limited structure
- Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 + meaningful equity
