Portfolio Operations Managers support investment firms and portfolio companies by driving operational performance, monitoring key metrics, and executing value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.

• Track and analyze operational and financial performance across portfolio companies
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Support execution of portfolio-wide value-creation initiatives
• Partner with portfolio company management on operational improvement projects
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and operational improvement opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across finance, operations, technology, and go-to-market teams
• Prepare portfolio reviews, operating reports, and executive-level updates
• Support pre- and post-investment operational diligence and integration efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in portfolio operations, management consulting, private equity, or operating roles
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and performance management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
