Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our algorithmic trading and real-time application capabilities. Our technology stack encompasses Fidessa, Horizon Trading Solutions, Dash Financials, Bloomberg EMSX, ION, as well as various in-house solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with our international colleagues to ensure alignment and effectiveness in our global initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for algorithmic trading systems and real-time applications.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the context of Global Securities Financing and Equities.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis to support trading strategies and decision-making processes.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting with training as needed.
