Salary/Hourly Rate$40/hr - $45/hr
Position OverviewThe Temp Creative Operations Packaging Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery. This role involves managing packaging requests, collaborating with merchants, and overseeing the input and maintenance of project details in the workflow management tool. With a keen eye for detail, the Temp Creative Operations Packaging Manager will prioritize tasks, optimize team resources, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills will support collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage packaging requests from initial briefings through final delivery.
- Receive requests from merchants and input jobs into the workflow management tool.
- Track creative asset requests and ensure timelines are met.
- Identify issues, provide problem resolution, and support risk mitigation.
- Communicate effectively with outside vendors and external partners.
- Proven experience in creative operations or project management, with 5-7 years of managerial experience.
- Familiarity with workflow and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
