Eazzy Consulting LLC is a growing consulting firm based in Flushing, NY. We work with a diverse client base across real estate, mortgage financing, and business consulting. As our client demand continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a Business Financial Consultant who can work closely with clients and guide them through financing solutions.

This is not a back-office role. You will be client-facing, results-driven, and directly involved in structuring and closing deals.

As a Business Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout the financing process:

• Consulting clients on business and real estate financing options

• Analyzing client financial profiles and identifying suitable solutions

• Assisting with loan applications, documentation, and follow-ups

• Working closely with internal teams and lending partners

• Communicating clearly with clients to answer questions and explain processes

• Supporting bilingual communication for a diverse client base

• Helping move transactions forward from inquiry to closing

This role is best suited for candidates who meet the following:

• Bilingual ability required:

• Chinese & English

• Korean & English

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred, not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational ability

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with clients

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Prior experience in finance, lending, sales, or consulting is a plus, but training is provided.

• Base salary: $80,000 — $100,000 (commission)
