The Capital Formation Specialist – Private Markets is responsible for supporting the growth of private market funds and investment vehicles through targeted capital raising, investor engagement, and relationship management. The role blends strategic relationship management, market research, and analytical insight to drive capital growth and expand the firm’s private markets footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential investors, including institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Support the development and execution of capital raising campaigns for private market funds
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Collaborate with investment and business development teams to align fundraising with fund strategies
- Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence documentation
