From our headquarters in St. John’s, NL we provide support to clients across the Americas.
We are seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideally suited for a new graduate who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys taking on new tasks, learning daily and takes pride in getting the details right.
This is a full time permanent in office role within our tight knit team with excellent opportunity to grow and develop and take on progressive responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Coordinate day‑to‑day operational workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks that support recruiting, onboarding, and administration
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and internal databases aligned with NSB‑Omega’s quality and compliance standards
- Support consultant onboarding, including documentation collection, system access coordination, and equipment logistics
- Assist with contract preparation, amendments, and tracking, ensuring consistency with internal policies and client requirements
- Monitor operational metrics, deadlines, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays proactively.
- Liaise with consultants, candidates, clients, and internal teams to support recruitment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures, templates, and process improvements
- Provide administrative support to leadership, recruiting, and business development teams as required.
- Actively participate in Marketing activities (Social Media, Networking) representing NSB‑Omega and engaging with individuals both in person and online.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Outgoing personality, with high level communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with IT systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline ‑ driven environment
- Self Starter able to work in a small team with frequently changing priorities
- Experience in Sales an asset.
- Actively participate in QHSE activities and opportunities
- Conduct work tasks in accordance with NSB‑Omega policies and procedures.
