Business Development Coordinator - Beauty, Health & Wellness

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
The BDC will be the engine of our new business pipeline and provide essential executive support to the CEO.
1. Pipeline Generation & Client Outreach (Core BD)
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify high-potential prospective clients (ICP) within the beauty, health, wellness, and luxury categories.
- Initiate strategic, personalized outbound communications (email, Linked In) to secure introductory meetings for the Executive Team.
- Develop compelling outreach messages that articulate the agency’s unique value proposition.
2. Marketing & Systems Management
- Own and manage the agency's Hub Spot CRM platform
, ensuring data integrity, tracking, and process optimization. - Manage email marketing initiatives, including drafting first-pass content, segmenting lists, and reporting on performance metrics.
3. CEO Support & Event Coordination
- Pitch & Presentation Management: Proactively manage up and coordinate deadlines for CEO presentations, pitch materials, and speaking engagements.
- Networking: Attend industry meetings and conferences with the CEO to assist with on-site relationship building, information gathering, and handling all post-event follow-up and lead qualification.
- Coordinate logistics for agency participation in industry events and conferences.
- Must be based in the NYC Metro Area and comfortable with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, or PR/Agency coordination.
- Proven proficiency with Hub Spot CRM or a similar marketing/CRM platform is highly desired.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to "
manage up
" and coordinate complex projects/deadlines. - Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished ability to engage senior-level executives.
