Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

Location: New York City, NY

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to support and grow relationships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role is highly relationship-driven and sits at the intersection of client service, onboarding, and internal coordination within the financial services and Fin Tech space.

This opportunity is open to early-career professionals and recent graduates with relevant internship experience, as well as candidates with prior full-time experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Manage the client lifecycle, including outreach, needs assessment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, product, technology, and business development to support client needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Maintain a working knowledge of broker-dealer operations, capital markets, and Fin Tech platforms
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required (spoken and written)
• Open to new graduates with relevant internships or 1–5 years of experience in financial services, broker-dealer, or Fin Tech environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Series 7, Series 63, and SIE required
• Candidates without active licenses must obtain them within 90 days of employment
