Salary: $125,600 – $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

Role
Summary:
This role is part of the Revenue Management & Sales Intelligence organization and is responsible for the overall pack strategy of innovations, which includes pricing strategy, commercial viability, and financial stewardship. It therefore plays a critical role of commercial expertise to the Marketing, Supply, Logistics, and Innovation organizations.
- Guide brand teams on pack‑price strategy and sales considerations.
- Support the Stage‑Gate process with volume projections, pricing modeling and P&L creation.
- Work cross‑functionally with Innovation, Marketing, Supply, Logistics, and CASE.
- Support the Apollo team with volume projections, pricing modeling and P&L creation.
- Identify and pursue pack price opportunities by analyzing multiple inputs including syndicated data, internal sales data, and research output.
- Maintain strong communication and visibility of innovation projects to the RMSI field teams as well as internal stakeholders, such as the Channel team.
- Identify best practices across innovation execution and management and propose new alternatives to improve existing processes.
- Support iWeek / iSemester with pack strategy guidance for upcoming innovations.
- Work in office 5 days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data to support recommendations.
- Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while focusing on details.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer software proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power
BI. - Previous experience in pricing and/or previous commercial experience in a CPG company.
- Previous experience in syndicated data and/or previous experience in Commercial organization in CPG company is a plus.
- US Beer industry experience.
- Anheuser‑Busch Revenue Experience.
