We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our expansion efforts in the US IT/ITES market. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships that lead to long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the US market across IT and ITES domains
  • Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, leadership) to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain sales pipelines, provide accurate forecasts, and regularly report KPIs to senior management
  • Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities as required
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience:

    6–10 years of proven business development experience in the IT/ITES industry with a strong focus on the US market
  • Track Record:
    Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
  • Skills:

    Strong understanding of IT/ITES services, delivery models, and value propositions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions
  • Mobility:
    Willingness to travel to the US for client meetings and business development activities
  • Prior experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, or digital transformation services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms
