The RoleThis is a full-desk (360) recruitment role
, covering both business development and delivery.
Depending on experience, the hire may join as a Senior Consultant, Principal, or Billing Manager
.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and deepening client relationships within specialist markets
- Winning new business through consultative, value-led conversations
- Managing full recruitment processes from intake to placement
- Cross-selling across multiple verticals and geographies
- Mentoring juniors (where applicable) and contributing to team growth

The ideal profile:
- 2–6 years’ recruitment experience (agency side)
- Strong 360 background in tech, finance, or adjacent markets
- A consistent or upward billing trajectory
- Comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Motivated by long‑term outcomes, not just short‑term commission
They are particularly interested in people who:
- Are hungry, self‑aware, and commercially sharp

- Senior Consultant: $60–80k base

Working Model- 3 days per week in the New York office after probation
