Business Development Director – New York
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $190,000 base + performance bonuses

The Role:
As Business Development Director
, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across New York and the surrounding region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-value new business development initiatives
- Building and maintaining C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Driving significant revenue growth across large, complex FM contracts
- Supporting and mentoring business development teams where required
Requirements:
- Proven success in senior business development within facilities management or related sectors
- Demonstrable track record of securing large-scale FM contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales capability
- Ability to operate at executive level with confidence and credibility
