Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations across warehouse management, wholesale fulfillment, and e-commerce order execution. The role serves as a key liaison between the warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts Receivable, and E-Commerce teams, managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy across systems, executing domestic and international wholesale logistics, and supporting daily e-commerce fulfillment while ensuring shipping documentation, EDI compliance, and a reliable post-purchase experience for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse, Inventory & Systems- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the warehouse, owning inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy across all channels.
- Allocate inventory, prepare pick tickets, manage UPC updates, oversee cargo logs, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and proactively flag risks impacting fulfillment, wholesale delivery, customer experience, or revenue.
- Own shipping execution from release through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Prepare and manage all shipping and customs documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, ASNs, EDI transmissions, and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure adherence to retailer routing guides and partner requirements to prevent chargebacks and delivery issues.
- Track shipments end-to-end, provide proactive updates, and flag shortages, damages, or delivery issues to Production, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Manage end-to-end logistics execution for all wholesale orders, domestic and international.
- Allocate inventory in alignment with Sales and Production and coordinate shipment execution with the warehouse.
- Communicate directly with wholesale partners regarding shipping timelines, delivery status, and compliance requirements.
- Support Sales and Accounts Receivable by confirming pre-payment, release approvals, and resolving shipping-related issues.
- Support daily e-commerce fulfillment across Shopify, Farfetch, and Amazon, ensuring accurate order processing and timely shipment.
- Monitor fulfillment SLAs, track deliveries, and proactively flag delays, discrepancies, or operational risks.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges with the warehouse, ensuring returned inventory is accurately received, inspected, and updated in systems.
- Support customer service inquiries related to shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges, and track return reasons to identify recurring operational or product-related issues for escalation.
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
