The RoleThe Head of Partnerships & Growth will be a core leader at The Gradient Group, working directly with the Founder to scale revenue, expand partnerships, and deepen relationships across brands, agencies, and hiring partners.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who thrives in relationship‑building, pitching, and turning conversations into signed partnerships.
What You’ll Do Partnerships & Revenue Growth (Primary)- Build and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities (brands, agencies, HR leaders, platforms, sponsors)
- Own the partnership process end-to-end: outreach → pitch → proposal → close → renewal
- Lead client calls and presentations with confidence and polish
- Collaborate with leadership to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Track revenue, deal flow, and partnership performance
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for partners and clients
- Strengthen long‑term relationships to drive renewals and expansions
- Represent The Gradient Group in industry meetings, events, and high‑level conversations
- Ensure partners feel supported, engaged, and excited to continue working together
- Work closely with the Founder to prioritize initiatives and support day‑to‑day business growth
- Help translate strategy into execution across partnerships and programming
- Support internal planning, timelines, and business coordination as needed
You are a confident, proactive leader who can sit across the table from senior decision‑makers and move conversations forward.
You likely have:
- 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client leadership
- Experience working with brands, agencies, media companies, or talent‑focused organizations
- A track record of closing deals and growing revenue
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and follow‑through
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in HR, talent acquisition, staffing, or creative recruiting
- Existing relationships in advertising, media, marketing, and creative industries
- Familiarity with sponsor ships, community‑driven partnerships, or platform business models
This role includes a competitive base salary plus performance‑based incentives tied directly to revenue growth.
Salary Range 75,
