Dropship / Marketplace E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Dropship / Marketplace E-Commerce Coordinator to support and optimize our growing U.S. marketplace and dropship business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their understanding of e-commerce operations while playing a hands‑on role in driving marketplace performance.

This position focuses on listing creation and optimization, order management, shipment coordination, account health monitoring, customer experience support, and administrative execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple platforms, and eager to identify ways to improve processes and outcomes.

You will work closely with our internal e-commerce, EDI, and warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations across accounts. We value individuals who not only execute tasks efficiently but also think strategically and proactively recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities Listing Creation & Catalog Management
  • Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across multiple dropship and marketplace platforms

  • Set up SKUs, manage variations, update attributes, and maintain backend data accuracy

  • Ensure all listings are compliant with retailer requirements and aligned with brand standards

  • Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, and content inconsistencies

  • Coordinate and communicate new product offerings and updates with retail partners

  • Manage content timelines and ensure accurate product information across platforms

Account Health & Compliance
  • Monitor account health dashboards and performance metrics across platforms

  • Track policy alerts, compliance notifications, and performance warnings

  • Investigate and help resolve listing issues, shipment discrepancies, and compliance flags

  • Assist with retailer case management and issue documentation

  • Proactively support maintaining strong account ratings and performance standards

Order Management
  • Perform daily checks across all accounts to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time

  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or discrepancies

  • Coordinate order changes and fulfillment updates with warehousing and EDI teams

  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and retail partners

  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation for all orders

Shipment Creation & Coordination
  • Create manual shipment uploads in warehouse systems as needed

  • Track outbound shipments to ensure timely processing

  • Coordinate and monitor sample shipments for review seeding programs

  • Communicate with review services from pre-shipment through review publication

  • Maintain visibility into shipment status and proactively address delays

Customer Experience Support
  • Communicate with customers through retailer portals or email when required

  • Resolve order, listing, or shipment-related issues promptly and professionally

  • Ensure follow-through on all inquiries to maintain a positive brand experience

Administrative & Reporting Support
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Pull and organize basic performance data across platforms

  • Assist with invoicing, documentation, and other operational tasks

  • Maintain organized records and process documentation

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or digital retail

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including comfort working with large data sets

  • Experience with Shopify, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, Wayfair, Kohl’s, or similar platforms is a plus

  • Hands‑on experience managing product data, digital catalogs, or SKU systems

  • Exposure to order processing, fulfillment workflows, and inventory coordination

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing sales and performance data

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Self‑motivation and initiative to identify workflow improvements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
