Location: New York

The Executive Liaison is responsible for delivering the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized, on‑site meeting & event requests are fulfilled in a timely/efficient manner. Working under limited supervision, this role collaborates with associates, workplace services and food services on a daily basis and assists clients on other initiatives to elevate the workplace.

This role is the point of coordination for the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and consistent service delivery; the role is critical to maintaining client confidence and is recognized as central to the overall success of operations on the executive floor within the TIAA headquarters environment and other executive spaces within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Communicates effectively with the on‑site operations team to ensure operational success.
  • Provides assistance on communication opportunities with executive committee administrators (and other associates as required) to ensure all expectations and requests are exceeded.
  • Provides catering support and sets up for on‑site meetings and events.
  • Ensures that facilities are properly used and maintained.
  • Partners with facilities and safety, space planning, and security to influence and recommend changes to space when necessary.
  • Understands the needs of the associate population occupying the workplace and makes quick recommendations for best use of spaces when necessary.
  • Conducts daily walk‑throughs of workplace.
  • Manages the initiation of catering requests and associated process. Coordinates with the conference services team on the workplace reservations process; is able to use platform system on mobile and computer, effectively communicating with the TIAA designated vendor for seamless execution of executive related requests.
Educational Requirements
  • Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

Base Pay Range

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
