About the RoleWe are hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to own how Daash is positioned, understood, and evaluated by the market, with a clear mandate to improve sales conversion and deal quality.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and the customer. You will work closely with founders and Account Managers to clarify who Daash is for, how it creates value, and why customers choose it.
What You’ll Do- Define ICP, Positioning, and Use-Case Clarity:
Lead the definition and refinement of Daash's Ideal Customer Profile, identifying high-value use cases across consumer brand roles, and establishing guidance on good-fit vs poor-fit prospects - Drive Conversion Through Narrative and Proof:
You will develop the core sales narrative, translate product capabilities into decision-oriented messaging, and create proof points that reduce buyer risk. - Enable Sales and Founder-Led GTM:
Build core sales assets, ensure messaging consistency, and synthesize the ongoing win/loss feedback. - Inform Pricing and Packaging:
Provide feedback on value perception, and support pricing and packaging evolution.
Experience & Capabilities:
- Deep domain expertise in beauty, personal care, and wellness consumer brands, with a strong understanding of:
- Key buyer roles and responsibilities across insights, strategy, commercial analytics, and finance
- How purchasing decisions are actually made, justified, and approved
- How market data and insights are used — and misused — inside brand organizations today
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable digging into deal notes, win/loss patterns, and imperfect information to form a clear point of view.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, decision-oriented narratives.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from first principles in an early-stage, founder-led environment.
- A pragmatic, modern working style, including effective use of tools like ChatGPT and other AI systems to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution.
- Prior experience in product marketing, strategy, consulting, or a closely related role.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, data, or analytics platforms.
- Exposure to founder-led sales or revenue-adjacent work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Formal credentials are less important than relevant experience and demonstrated performance.
