Position: Head of Sales (USA)
Location: New York

Crystalia Glass is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to enhance, refine, and execute our sales strategy to expand market presence and drive sustainable growth in the U.S. market. This role is on-site and requires a proven track record in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales within the construction, glass, or other physical product industries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy covering B2B, B2C, and B2G segments in US market
  • Structure, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Drive revenue growth by opening new client segments through the development of B2B and B2G markets, while strengthening partnerships with architects, contractors, government entities, and distributors
  • Oversee the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with marketing, project managers, and estimators teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, adjusting strategy to ensure sustainable growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership roles in the U.S. market
  • Strong background in construction materials, glass, building products, or other physical product industries
  • Demonstrated success in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales environments
  • Track record of building and leading teams, with a strategic focus on scaling operations
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
