Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Acquisition Scouts to identify, acquire visibility into, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role
. Scouts operate as independent contractors
, activated through a verification and approval process.
- Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
- Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
- Provide strategic acquisition context: asset, structure, economics, and thesis
- Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
- Support early diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling, valuation, and underwriting)
- Financial modeling, underwriting, or valuation
- Preparing investment memoranda
- Providing investment advice
Based on approval, Scouts may submit acquisition opportunities across:
- Private equity and growth equity transactions
- Operating businesses and special situations
- Structured, opportunistic, or distressed investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and acquisition insight

Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout contribution
No caps for consistently high-quality deal sourcing
