THE POSITION

Working with a growing team of professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing the company’s client portfolio. In addition to that, you will have the responsibility for account management of those new business opportunities generated.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the IT industry.
  • Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute successful delivery of the Recruiting/Staffing services.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
  • Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
  • Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start-ups to mid-sized and major accounts.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment supporting U.S. accounts.
