About

the Team

As a Product Manager focusing on our funding, onboarding & engagement experiences, you will be working with a cross-functional team to help customers unlock the most value from their accounts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers can fund and get set up after account opening, and for making sure we continue to meet their needs in the moments that matter to them.

Every customer is different, so part of your job will be to figure out where and how we can optimize and personalize our experiences by leveraging real-time, intelligent data and running experiments. Your work will be at the intersection of our customer and business goals, challenging you to unleash a multi-discipline product craft combining business strategy, design best practices, data science, emerging technology, and a platform mindset.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management

Philadelphia, PA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
