Role & impactBlinq is building a top-of-funnel engine that moves fast - faster than most people are comfortable with. As an Outbound SDR, you won’t just be part of that pace… you’ll set it.
You’ll be the tip of the spear: breaking into mid-market and enterprise accounts, igniting first conversations with senior decision-makers, and generating the kind of pipeline that moves revenue, not vanity metrics.
But more than that:
You’ll help build the outbound engine itself.
You’ll analyze your own week, your calls, your replies, your patterns - and turn those insights into clarity for our Head of Sales and Founder. What you learn will shape our messaging, our playbooks, and our GTM muscle as we scale.

What You’ll Do- Break into mid-market and enterprise accounts using outbound approaches across calls, email, Linked In, and in-person moments
- Own your workflow from research to follow-up, with tight execution and zero waiting for direction
- Work closely with AEs on strategy and handoffs that convert, not just pass leads
- Turn weekly learnings into insights that improve our messaging, motion, and GTM playbook
- Represent Blinq at events, run live demos, and be in the office 3 days a week to move faster together
- 2–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, breaking into complex accounts with persistence and clarity
- Grit, pace, and initiative. You start fast, stay hungry, and don’t wait to be told what to try next
- Strong communication across channels. You tailor your message and speak with clarity and intent
- Commercial instincts that go beyond activity. You think in value, urgency, and outcomes
- Comfortable with tools like Hub Spot, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and quick to learn whatever comes next
