We’re seeking an experienced Innovation & Commercialization Manager to join our team on a 9‑month contract to support innovation, renovation, and packaging execution across our global portfolio. This is a highly cross‑functional, execution‑focused role responsible for moving approved ideas from concept to shelf. This role is ideal for a hands‑on commercialization leader who enjoys turning ideas into reality and keeping complex launches on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercialization for approved product, packaging, and artwork changes across branded and private label portfolios
  • Own execution post Gate 2, ensuring on time, compliant, and in full launches
  • Manage timelines, risks, and cross functional alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, and external partners
  • Lead the monthly Commercial Stage Gate and track progress in Click Up
  • Oversee artwork implementation from design handoff through print approval
  • Support SKU governance and setup
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, commercialization, or packaging operations within consumer goods; beverage experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of packaging development, SKU lifecycle management, and artwork workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering across Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Familiarity with Stage‑Gate processes, Click Up preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $30.00-$50.00/hr the hourly pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
