We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to own the top of our investor funnel. You’ll be the first touchpoint for sourcing capital, working hand-in-hand with our investor relations team to turn conversations into equity.

LSCRE is an institutional-grade multifamily investment firm with nearly $1B in assets under management and a clear growth path to $5B+.

Location: New York City (1

WTC)

Compensation: $80,000 Base | $130,000 OTE (Uncapped bonus based on equity raised + total equity raised by team)

What You’ll Do – The Daily Grind

This is a high-volume, high-impact sales role. You will be managing a pipeline of incoming leads and existing prospects.

  • The Hunt:
    Pursue 50+ new leads per day with relentless follow‑up.
  • The

    Qualification:

    Separate the "lookers" from the "investors." You’ll verify liquidity ($100k+), investment goals, and interest levels.
  • The Hand‑off:
    Book qualified appointments on the calendar for senior members of the IR team.
  • The Nurture:
    You don't just book the call… you ensure they show up. You are responsible for the "Show Rate" and the pre‑call education of the prospect.

    You have the drive to hit your numbers, but the discipline to keep the CRM organized. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen!

    You want to learn the "Secret Sauce" of Private Equity. You aren't looking for a "job"; you’re looking for a career path into a senior role.
