Business Development Representative - Engine of $5B AUM

Imagine this: You’re sitting in the One World Trade Center, dialing into conversations with high-net-worth investors. Every call you make feeds capital into live multifamily deals. Every qualified investor you bring in accelerates the firm’s ability to acquire its next asset.

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to own the top of our investor funnel. You’ll be the first touchpoint for sourcing capital, working hand-in-hand with our investor relations team to turn conversations into equity.

LSCRE is an institutional-grade multifamily investment firm with nearly $1B in assets under management and a clear growth path to $5B+.

Location: New York City (1

WTC)

Compensation: $80,000 Base | $130,000 OTE (Uncapped bonus based on equity raised + total equity raised by team)

This is a high-volume, high-impact sales role. You will be managing a pipeline of incoming leads and existing prospects.

  Separate the "lookers" from the "investors." You’ll verify liquidity ($100k+), investment goals, and interest levels.
• The Hand‑off:
  Book qualified appointments on the calendar for senior members of the IR team.
• The Nurture:
  You don't just book the call… you ensure they show up. You are responsible for the "Show Rate" and the pre‑call education of the prospect.

• A Social Catalyst:
  You are persuasive, charismatic, and can build rapport with a stranger in 15 seconds.
• Aggressive & Systematic:
  You have the drive to hit your numbers, but the discipline to keep the CRM organized. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen!
• Growth‑Obsessed:
  You want to learn the "Secret Sauce" of Private Equity. You aren't looking for a "job"; you’re looking for a career path into a senior role.
• Resilient:
  You treat a "No" as a redirection, not a rejection.

• Elite Exposure:
  You will work directly with senior management in a lean, fast‑paced environment. Your work impacts the entire organization.
• LSCRE University:

  Success and dedication in this role leads directly to Investor Relations Associate within 24 months, where you will take over the full cycle—from lead generation to closing.
