At Gallery, there are no sidelines. As an Investor, you’ll be at the center of the action, shaping how we source, evaluate, and support the companies that matter. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role where you will be in the room where it happens, learning the craft of venture capital by doing, contributing real perspective, and growing alongside our team. You will help us build the firm we’d choose as founders: smart, fast, and founder‑friendly.

Proactively identify and source new investment opportunities by cultivating a strong network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co‑investors. Ideally, you are already deeply embedded in startup communities, accelerators, industry events, and online ecosystems, with a robust founder network of your own. You will evaluate potential investments through rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and disciplined initial screening.

Conduct comprehensive due diligence on promising companies. This includes financial modeling and analysis, customer and management references, product and technology reviews, and market sizing.

Prepare and present detailed investment memorandums to the partnership. You will be deeply involved in the entire deal process, from initial meetings to closing the investment.

Work closely with our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to help them achieve their growth milestones. You will act as a true partner to the founders we back.

Contribute to the systems and processes that help us move quickly and efficiently. You will help build and refine the infrastructure that supports our investment activities and firm operations.

We’re looking for someone intellectually sharp, operationally crisp, and creatively hungry. If you’re the kind of person who reads founder blogs for fun, notices the second‑order effects, and finds joy in connecting dots others miss, you might feel right at home here.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a demanding role at a venture capital firm or a high growth startup. Past experience in a product management or engineering role is a significant bonus.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A degree in Computer Science or a similarly technical field is a significant bonus. An MBA is not required.

Requirements:
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and business strategy. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a clear and concise point of view.

Requirements:
Deep passion for technology and startups, with strong intellectual curiosity about new markets and business models. Service oriented and motivated by raising the collective standard of the team.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build authentic relationships with founders and clearly articulate and defend well‑formed opinions.

Prepared, thoughtful, and conviction driven. Values impact over performative hustle. Thinks more than they speak and pursues truth over trend. Operates with integrity and intensity.

Compensation is market‑competitive with a yearly cash base of $150,000‑$300,000 and includes upside in our funds. Starting compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
