The Coordinator of Product Development supports the development process, encompassing sample management activities, achieving design aesthetic, quality standards, margin goals and timelines.

• Support product development activities, including the review of prototypes and samples, milestone adherence, and sending of development packages to overseas partners.
• Partner with Materials teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.
• Execute, maintain and update necessary data and tools.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication and activities with the Asia PD team.
• Support the approval process and resolution of pending items to ensure a smooth process from development to commercialization.
• Execute day‑to‑day activities based on priorities set by the Manager and drive task completion and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate understanding of the development process, implications when deadlines are missed, and alert the manager of potential issues.
• Organize and maintain sample arrival and archiving.
• Support in research and development.

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 360, ECV or other PLM systems.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in product development, including the categories of handbags and SLGs.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multi‑task.
• Flexibility to adapt as the business requires and to perform efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Experience working in a global company with overseas partners.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Excel, TEAMS, Illustrator.
