** In this role, you will:
* Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results.
* Leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units, serving as an advisor to others.

** Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
*** BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
* Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical Research and Development and product life cycle process
* Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and communicate relevant business valuation and portfolio-related information/data to support decision-making processes
* Strong influencing, networking, and team skills, including demonstrated experience of active contribution to successful projects
* Ability to effectively lead global, short-term, matrixed project teams on tight timelines
* Proven track record of managing complex projects and developing mid-term plans
* Experience in leveraging relationships to meet the needs of various business units

*** A Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
