Amazon Vendor Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Manager to oversee day-to-day marketplace operations and drive performance across our Amazon 1P business. This role owns operational execution within Vendor Central — including inventory management, catalog optimization, compliance monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination — ensuring strong account health, operational efficiency, and sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate has hands‑on Vendor Central experience and understands the full operational lifecycle of Amazon 1P wholesale accounts.

• Own daily management of Amazon Vendor Central (1P) operations
• Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and shipment coordination
• Monitor account health, chargebacks, shortages, and compliance notifications
• Track and analyze KPIs including sales, conversion, returns, and operational metrics
• Manage catalog creation, listing optimization, and content updates
• Troubleshoot suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and reimbursement claims
• Support promotional planning, pricing updates, and catalog optimization initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with planning, logistics, and finance teams
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Prepare performance reporting and insights for leadership

• 3+ years of Amazon marketplace experience (Vendor Central required; Seller Central a plus)
• Strong understanding of Amazon 1P wholesale model
• Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain coordination
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
• Experience managing compliance, shortages, and operational performance metrics
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication abilities
