What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the employer's team

  • Develop and execute client success and engagement plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience in working with customers in state and local government or education (SLED)
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of public sector use cases, business objectives, and government contracting requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or BS degree

  • Prior experience in strategy consulting
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
