The Metrics Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the effective operation of the Company with a primary focus on workforce metrics and HR analytics. This position coordinates forecasting and trend data sets to optimize workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
Working under the direction of the leadership team, the incumbent analyzes and evaluates workforce data, develops predictive models, and produces high-level reports and visualizations to support informed decision-making and organizational effectiveness. The role requires demonstrated expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data presentation, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and actionable insights.
Reporting & Analytics- Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics including hiring, sourcing, attrition, productivity, turnover, retention, promotions, demographics, salary, and growth trends.
- Develop and apply predictive models to create short- and long-term workforce forecasts.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards on monthly, quarterly, fiscal year, and calendar year cycles.
- Produce clear, actionable reports, visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision‑making.
- Construct and manage datasets while monitoring data quality from systems such as ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Develop and maintain ongoing ADP reports, including customized reporting solutions.
- Collaborate on data analytics projects and solution development initiatives.
- Provide insights to internal teams to optimize productivity, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Create forecasting models and analytics tools as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate and forecast business performance.
- Support and participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive dashboards as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Expertise in BI analytics tools, HR metrics and analytics, forecasting, modeling, and trend analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and engaging visual presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required (7 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in metrics reporting or HR analytics.
During the first 90 days of employment, this position requires full-time, on-site attendance to support onboarding, training, and team integration.
