Overview
This Membership Associate will support a global financial industry organization's member engagement and growth efforts. The role is highly client-facing and combines relationship management, operational coordination, and data analysis.
You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance member experience, improve internal processes, and support strategic initiatives tied to membership growth and retention.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary contact for member and prospective member inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding for new members and maintain accurate membership records
- Support annual dues administration, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Manage shared inboxes and resolve access or account issues with internal teams
- Maintain CRM and membership portal data
- Track and analyze key membership metrics (growth, retention, engagement, revenue)
- Build reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Assist with events, webinars, and member engagement initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
- Bachelor s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, professional services, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with confidence interacting with external stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills; comfortable working with data and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM or dashboard experience a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
