Private Equity Backed Fintech | Transforming Financial Services Distribution

I am currently partnering with a high growth, Private Equity backed Fintech that is redefining how financial products are distributed and embedded across the market.

Following a significant capital raise and several landmark Tier 1 client wins, the business is entering an accelerated growth phase. They are now looking to appoint a Sales Director to drive enterprise revenue and expand their presence across the financial services ecosystem.

This is a strategic hire at a critical stage of scale of their growth and off the back of a very successful 2025.

The role

The Sales Director will take ownership of enterprise new logo acquisition and strategic revenue growth. The focus is on building awareness within complex financial institutions, shaping demand, influencing budget creation, and converting multi stakeholder opportunities into long term commercial partnerships.

The platform is category defining. It modernises legacy financial distribution infrastructure and enables institutions to unlock new revenue streams, streamline partner ecosystems and improve client engagement. With strong proof of value across established Tier 1 customers, the company is now doubling down on enterprise expansion.

You will operate with direct access to senior leadership, a clear go to market strategy and strong backing from investors committed to long term scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise new business growth across financial services institutions
  • Engage C Suite and senior commercial stakeholders
  • Develop strategic territory and account plans to build pipeline and awareness
  • Create urgency and budget alignment within large organisations
  • Own full sales cycle execution from discovery to close
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and executive leadership
  • Represent the business within industry forums and networks
Profile Sought
  • Proven experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS into Financial Services
  • Strong new logo hunting capability within regulated environments
  • Experience building pipeline in emerging or category shaping markets
  • Commercial gravitas and executive level communication skills
  • Track record of delivering against ambitious enterprise revenue targets
  • Comfort operating within a Private Equity backed growth environment

This is a role for a commercially driven leader who enjoys opening new markets, influencing senior buyers and building revenue engines within high growth organisations.
