Responsibilities

The Office of the Chairman serves as a central coordination point across the firm’s most important strategic and operational initiatives. This role will support and execute cross‑functional programs aligned with the Chairman, COO, CAO, and Director of Digital Assets.

This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping translate high level priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress across teams, and ensuring accountability across business units.

The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast moving, high accountability environment.

  • Strategic Execution
  • Support development and implementation of firm‑wide initiatives, including research, analysis, and structured problem solving to inform leadership decisions.
  • Program & Project Coordination
  • Drive coordination of cross‑functional initiatives across operations, digital assets, and corporate functions. Maintain workplans, track deliverables, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Operational Integration
  • Work closely with the COO and CAO offices to align execution across teams and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • Digital Assets & Innovation Support
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives related to digital assets and emerging platforms, including research, market analysis, and program execution.
  • Executive Communications
  • Prepare briefing materials, board‑ready presentations, and internal communications for senior leadership.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track progress against strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, crypto / digital assets, or high‑performance operating environments.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to independently structure ambiguous problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet automation.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Educational Qualifications

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short‑ and long‑term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
