Product Manager - Grata

Location: New York

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of Grata’s Business Development AI workflows. In this role, you will define, strategize, implement, and optimize generative AI experiences that enable our business development users to carry out their daily workflows in the platform.

As a Product Manager at Grata, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in a fluid environment and transforms ambiguity into clear solutions. The ideal candidate is also deeply customer-obsessed, ensuring that their work consistently aligns with and addresses customer needs.

Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teams
** What we are looking for:
** 4+ years of product management experience; bonus points for experience within private capital markets

Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product  Experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment;

a track record of managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way

Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.

This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
