The Role

We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives to grow FRIDAY through relationships, trust, and real conversations.

This is not a desk job.

This is not a script reading role.

This is a relationship driven, boots on the ground sales role.

You will spend most of your time meeting business owners, CPAs, and bookkeepers in person, building long term partnerships, and helping small businesses simplify payroll.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Visiting CPAs, bookkeepers, and other strategic partners in person
  • Building strong referral relationships in your territory
  • Meeting small business owners and understanding their pain points
  • Qualifying prospects and determining if FRIDAY is a good fit
  • Owning your pipeline and managing your daily activity
  • Representing the FRIDAY brand with integrity and confidence
What This Role Is Not
  • Not high pressure sales
  • Not pushing people who are happy with their current provider
  • Not transactional or short term thinking
