Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Consultants to identify, source, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is a certified contractor role
, not employment. Consultants operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Origination Consultants will:

Identify and source off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

Provide context on the opportunity (asset type, structure, economics, thesis)

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with access to deal flow
, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.

Approved Deal Origination Consultants may:

Source proprietary or semi-proprietary deals

Connect opportunities with the right capital partners

Provide high-level context to enhance deal attractiveness

Facilitate introductions and smooth early-stage handoffs to analysts for diligence

Based on approval, Consultants may submit opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility

Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Consultant role

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow
