Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
  • Independently manage the sales lifecycle – from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using Flip Spaces’ technology platform and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
